This is a placeholder privacy policy for TopperLMS.com. A full policy is being prepared.

We collect only what is needed to run lessons: name, email, timezone, the classes a person is enrolled in, and attendance.

Many of our students are children. A parent or guardian account can see their child's schedule, attendance and progress at any time.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Data is stored with our hosting and database providers under contract, and access is restricted to staff who need it.

Deleting an account hides the profile from the platform; academic history is retained so a family's record is not lost.
